Last week, Missouri’s Gary Pinkel argued that the Fighting Irish should be forced into joining a league within a year. With the current scheduling arrangement between the Fighting Irish and the league, the ACC is currently the most logical landing spot for Notre Dame football. Adding Notre Dame would be a big boost to the ACC football brand, which lags behind the other power conferences when it comes to perceived strength.
